What type of metal do you use?

We currently work only in sterling silver. Sterling silver is composed of 92.5% silver & 7.5% copper. Any metal used will always be specified on the product page.

Is all of your metal recycled?

All of the metal we use is recycled except the chain. The supplier we purchase our chains from cannot confirm the recycled nature of the chain although they are created in the U.S. If you'd like more info on this, please contact hello@eventyrdesign.com. Additionally, there will be a blog post on this subject soon.

Are all of your stones ethically sourced?

Yes.

Do you sell pieces like the ones on your portfolio page?

Not at the moment, but plan to when we can find a consistent supplier for large raw stones that are ethically sourced.

Do you do custom orders?

Not at this time. We will announce if that changes in the future.

I don't know my ring size, how do I know what to order?

You can visit a local jeweler and have them measure for an accurate size.

What if I get a piece that doesn't fit?

What are the best ways to keep my sterling silver jewelry shiny & clean?

If your jewelry has tarnished it could be for a number of reasons from exposure to lotions, creams, hairsprays, & perfumes, the way the jewelry is stored, moisture, or your skin's acidity. Tarnishing is normal, but we have a few tips to help you keep your jewelry shiny!

We recommend storing your jewelry in the pouch in which it was sent as the pouch contains an anti-tarnish lining. Store out of direct sunlight and make sure the piece is free of moisture before storing.

Remove your pieces before showering or swimming.

A soft cloth or polishing cloth may be used to clean your jewelry. 

If the jewelry is free of gemstones, you may hand wash under warm water with mild soap to remove tarnish, but be sure to thoroughly dry before storing.
